MyBirthdaySongList.com allows users to generate or gift Spotify playlists based on UK No.1 songs from their birthdays. The service connects to your Spotify account via the Spotify API to create playlists on your behalf.

2. Spotify Authorization

To use playlist features, you must log in with your Spotify account. By doing so, you grant permission for us to access basic account data (name, email, and Spotify ID) and to create playlists in your account. You may revoke this permission at any time in your Spotify settings.

3. Payments and Gifts

Payments for creating or gifting playlists are handled securely through PayPal. MyBirthdaySongList.com does not store your credit card details. Gift links may be shared by the purchaser and redeemed by the recipient at their discretion.

4. User Content

You are responsible for ensuring that any messages or gift notes you provide are appropriate. We reserve the right to remove or refuse content that is offensive, illegal, or otherwise unsuitable.
